A	Ambra Donegà on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è una caffetteria qualsiasi. E' un luogo che pare fermo nel tempo, che aleggia in una dimensione tutta sua. Si respira grande tranquillità. Al bancone c'è un signore anziano molto gentile e affabile che fa dei cappuccini con spolverata di cacao squisiti. E' un angolo intimo dove rifugiarsi a gustare un buon caffè. Non ci sono tavolini, solo un grande tavolo in legno scuro e massiccio. Non l'ho ancora provata, ma ho la sensazione che d'inverno la cioccolata calda, bevuta li, debba essere spettacolare. At the counter there is a very kind and affable elderly man who makes delicious cappuccinos with a sprinkling of cocoa. It is an intimate corner where you can take refuge and enjoy a good coffee. Purtroppo quel che resta dopo i ripetuti vandalismi richiama ormai solo lontanamente la delicatezza dell'opera. In alcuni giorni l'aria nei pressi della Caffetteria Manin,si arricchisce del profumo del caffè in fase di tostatura. Si,perché le varie miscele che vengono proposte,vengono tostate artigianalmente all'interno del locale. Barili di legno grezzo e sacchi di juta con impresse le varie zone di provenienza delle preziose bacche ci accolgono. Una interessante collezione di “cogome”e macinini attira l'attenzione dei più curiosi. Per i più esigenti ed esperti c'è la possibilità di provare miscele superiori ed ogni settimana a richiesta viene proposta una selezione particolare di caffè. Un locale dunque da provare, anche per respirare vera atmosfera padovana. Ho comprato e bevuto a casa il caffè con cannella per moka, ed è davvero unico come altri tipi di caffè prodotti da loro, consiglierei a chiunque di andare perché merita c'è molta qualità, il servizio che danno è ottimo e professionale, ho portato a casa 100gr di chicchi di caffè del Guatemala Santa Rosa perché mi piace macinarli e ogni tanto farmi un caffè con la moka a casa dal sapore unico,per gli amanti del caffè questa è una caffetteria eccezionale. I prezzi sono più che giusti perché la qualità è alta. Complimenti. Excellent coffee, characteristic place, I would say historical. Inflessibili (giustamente) sul Green Pass, molto meno sui pagamenti elettronici, che non sono disponibili a dieci anni dalla loro introduzione.
