★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortese, non accogliente, frettoloso e non attento alle richieste del cliente. Un pensierino natalizio me lo stavano confezionando nella plastica con bolle utilizzata per gli imballaggi anziché in una maniera presentabile (che ho costatato, il giorno dopo al ritiro, effettuano). Mi sono vista costretta a fare una confezione regalo a pagamento con prodotti di vendita aggiuntivi, e mi è stato chiesto di tornare il giorno successivo per il ritiro.
 Rude, not welcoming, rushed and not attentive to customer requests. They were wrapping a little Christmas gift for me in the bubble wrap plastic used for packaging rather than in a presentable way (which I noticed, the day after at the pickup, they do). I was forced to pack a paid gift box with additional retail products, and was asked to return the next day for pickup.
