Wir sind immer sehr freundlich bedient worden, der Cappuccino ☕☕ war immer lecker, das Bier schön kalt! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! S	Sam 1634 Tin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo essere entrato e detto "Buon giorno" la titolare dopo avermi guardato non benissimo (forse preferiva Guten Morgen) ed essersi accorta che mi sono quasi fermato per attendere la sua risposta, finalmente si degna di rispondere. Credo che un cliente si debba salutare immediatamente appena entri e non è il cliente che deve quasi ricevere il favore di essere salutato. Ordino un Veneziano, il quale arriva con un colore un po' troppo chiaro e non quel rosso tipico di un buon Veneziano. Noto subito che dentro il bicchiere ci stanno ben 6 cubetti di ghiaccio, decido di assaggiare prima che si sciolga il ghiaccio, per no bere acqua, ma purtroppo i miei sospetti in riferimento al colore, erano fondatissimi. L'aperitivo era acqua con un pò di Aperol giusto per colorare l'acqua e forse il vino bianco l'aperitivo lo ha visto passare da lontano. Non volendo fare discussioni, essendo pieno di turisti (ignari del pessimo servizio) decido di bere l'acqua colorata, e mangiare le patatine che mi hanno portato. Vado a pagare il conto che è di 5€. Data la mancanza di cordialità e della pessima qualità eviterò di entrare nuovamente in questo bar. After entering and saying "Good morning" the owner after looking at me not very well (maybe he preferred Guten Morgen) and having noticed that I almost stopped to wait for his answer, finally he deigns to answer. I believe that a customer should immediately greet himself as soon as he enters and it is not the customer who is almost to receive the favor of being greeted. I order a Venetian, who arrives with a slightly too light color and not that typical red of a good Venetian. I immediately notice that in the glass there are 6 ice cubes, I decide to taste it before the ice melts, for drinking no water, but unfortunately my suspicions regarding the color were very well founded. The aperitif was water with a little Aperol just to color the water and perhaps the white wine the aperitif saw him go far. Not wanting to make arguments, being full of tourists (unaware of the bad service) I decide to drink colored water, and eat the fries that they brought me. I am going to pay the bill which is € 5. Given the lack of friendliness and bad quality I will avoid entering this bar again.

Sono nato e cresciuto in Alto Adige ed è la prima volta che mi capita. I have to congratulate (irony) this place because I think it is the only one in South Tyrol that has two price ranges for drinks at the counter or at the table. I was born and raised in South Tyrol and this is the first time this has happened to me.

Service ist gut, höflich und schnell. Trotz dem das es voll ist. Und das Bier ist wirklich kalt. Ein Genuss ? Typical street cafe, as it should be. Old town, pedestrian zone Merano flair. Just smoking at every table is irritating for the spoiled German. ? Service is good, courteous and quick. Despite that it is full. And the beer is really cold. A pleasure ?
