★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provati in tanti posti di Palermo il caffè in cialde, tutti più o meno uguali, ma da quando ho conosciuto il negozio Regina Carola posso dire di aver trovato la miglior qualità di caffè in cialde, sicuramente questo piccolo negozio si contraddistingue in confronto a tutti gli altri per la sua esperienza e la sua gentilezza sempre sorriso in bocca cordialità e bravura nello stesso tempo complimenti.
Il caffè e al dir poco ottimo cremoso e gustoso nello stesso tempo io bevo soltanto caffè amaro quindi la qualità si sente tutto complimenti.
I have tried coffee pods in many places in Palermo, all more or less the same, but since I met the Regina Carola shop I can say that I have found the best quality of coffee pods, certainly this small shop stands out in comparison to all others for his experience and his kindness always smile in the mouth cordiality and skill at the same time congratulations.
The coffee is nothing short of excellent creamy and tasty at the same time I only drink bitter coffee so the quality feels complimented.

Arrivate subito, spedizione veloce ma dopo nemmeno un mese una delle due macchinette ha iniziato a difettare, poiché in garanzia ho chiamato più volte per poter avere assistenza, il proprietario mi ha sempre rimandato alla settimana prossima per risentirci e sistemare la questione. È passato più di un mese e non ricevuto alcuna assistenza.
I bought two coffee machines in this shop in January. Arrive immediately, fast shipping but after less than a month one of the two machines started to fail, since under warranty I called several times for assistance, the owner has always sent me back to next week to hear from us and settle the matter. More than a month has passed and I have not received any assistance.
