Excellent place even if located in a tourist route, the owner is kind and the service is accurate. The sandwiches are delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premessa: io e una mia amica ordiniamo due caffè, di cui uno macchiato. Ovviamente, da asporto, causa covid, per cui ci rendiamo conto solo dopo che la cameriera bionda con gli occhi azzurri, di cui non conosco il nome, aveva sbagliato gli ordini.
Comunque, paghiamo 3.20 (due caffè+acqua) e non ci arriva lo scontrino. Va bene, facciamo finta vada bene. Peccato che paghiamo con una moneta da 2 e due monete da 1 (totale 4€). Dopo qualche istante in cui io e la mia amica fissavamo la cameriera aspettando il resto, ci chiede se avessimo 20 cent (totale, le diamo 4,20€). Aspettiamo che a questo punto ci torni l'euro di resto, ma lei gira dietro al bancone e si sposta, al ché le chiediamo l'euro di resto sottolineando che le avessimo dato 4,20€ ma lei ha ribadito più volte che avessimo dato lei 3,20€. Insomma, alla fine niente scontrino, un caffè sbagliato, e un euro in meno.
Premise: a friend of mine and I order two coffees, one of which is macchiato. Obviously, takeaway, due to covid, so we only realize after the blonde waitress with blue eyes, whose name I don't know, had the orders wrong.
Anyway, we pay 3.20 (two coffees + water) and we don't get the receipt. Okay, let's pretend it's okay. Too bad we pay with a 2 coin and two 1 coins (total € 4). After a few moments in which my friend and I stared at the waitress waiting for the change, she asks us if we had 20 cents (total, we give her € 4.20). We wait for the change to return to us at this point, but she turns behind the counter and moves, to which we ask her for the change, emphasizing that we had given her € 4.20 but she repeated several times that we had given lei € 3.20. In short, in the end, no receipt, a wrong coffee, and one euro less.

Sempre con il sorriso sul volto, è una rarità trovare un posto così, vivamente consigliato a tutti!!! Bravi ragazzi continuate così siete fantastici. Se andate a Mantova non potete non andarci.
I went there today with the family; very cordial, polite and attentive to customer requests! I was so happy that I went back 3 times in the same day. Always with a smile on your face, it is a rarity to find a place like this, highly recommended to everyone !!! Good guys keep it up you are great. If you go to Mantua, you can't not go there.
