★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bar storico di Pontedera! Da qualche hanno iniziato a fare anche il pranzo e devo dire che la cucina è davvero ottima a prezzi bassi! Rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero fantastico! Anche il gelato è buonissimo e di produzione propria.
Historic Bar of Pontedera! Some people have started to have lunch too and I have to say that the food is really good at low prices! Really fantastic value for money! Even the ice cream is delicious and home-made.

Il problema risiede nelle scelte dei suoi titolari, che hanno recentemente alzato il prezzo del caffè a € 1,10 senza aggiungere niente ai loro servizi. Siamo ancora nello stesso vecchio locale, ammobiliato alla stessa maniera da circa vent'anni e poco attraente: è cambiato solo il prezzo. Siamo di fronte ad una scelta incomprensibile che confonde, in un locale che vuole mantenere nei connotati una tradizione antica e al tempo stesso fa la rincorsa ai prezzi dei locali più moderni, più attrezzati e più in vista. Molto, molto discutibile.
Caffè alla Posta, a historic restaurant in the Pontedese area, has always been liked to drink. The problem lies in the choices of its owners, who have recently raised the price of coffee to € 1.10 without adding anything to their services. We are still in the same old room, furnished in the same way for about twenty years and unattractive: only the price has changed. We are faced with an incomprehensible choice that confuses, in a place that wants to maintain an ancient tradition in its connotations and at the same time makes the run-up to the prices of the most modern, more equipped and more visible places. Very, very questionable.
