★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible experience. Waitress's behavior was shocking. Everything we asked for felt like inconvenienced. Definitely overpriced and the worst service ever. Never ever had so bad experience in Italy at all. They should find some nice smiling service. Don't recommend at all. The only plus is that the Cafe is nicely located.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As other people have mentioned, terrible service. I went there in the evening after dinner, i just wanted to seat a bit in the piazza and have a scoop of gelato before going to the hotel. The waiter was clearly annoyed because I asked him gelato, when everyone was drinking alcohol at that time... I knew from that very first moment I would be charged extra for my order. He ask me 4 euros for 2 scoops of gelato that was not even artesanal gelato (good gelato)... some people are just very predictable. Don't go there.
