I am from Singapore and am fully vaccinated, with physical documentation provided clearly showing so. The vaccination document from Singapore is accepted as a Green Pass equivalent as stated on the Italian foreign ministry website, and I have also confirmed with the Italian Embassy in Singapore. I’ve been travelling around Italy for the last 6 days with absolutely no problem at all. However, the staff at Fiorio rudely turned me away within even bothering to hear an explanation. Such poor hospitality is uncalled for at an established place in Turin, especially when I was looking forward to visiting them. Disappointing attitude and experience.

The place has the magic of history. Service is friendly but a bit conservative. Ice creams are good, but I’ve experienced better ice creams at artisans elsewhere. Time for a recipe / ingredients reset before it gets too late?

Historic (1780) coffee and gelato shop in the city center. Great and quiet atmosphere both in the tea rooms at the first floor and in the dinning rooms upstairs. Lunch menu offers different piedmont dishes. Their gelato is delicious. The crema and gianduia flavors are among the most popular and won many prices.

Wonderful historical building, good central position. Went there for a hot chocolate, famous for its deliciousness..... oh, well.. not so delicious anymore. Unfortunately, the products are not 'artigianale' anymore, such a big loss for them. I didn't try the ice cream but the pastry did certainly not met the expectations level. The prices are high. I would say too high. All in one, a nice building.

Very nice cafe with long history. I visited on a Monday morning and it’s really quiet. The coffee is great and the croissant is delicious. I would also recommend their handmade chocolates - very soft and smooth as well as the tiramisu - so good!!!

We went here for a coffee. I understand that this is a historical caffe, old school, etc. BUT that doesn’t mean that the couch upholstery and wallpaper has to stay as it was back then. It seemed that it was never cleaned, there were stains all over the seating area and wall. It might be also time for a bathroom renovation. I don’t think it’s very hygienic to have a bathroom “alla turca” anymore.

Such a stunning interior - particularly the light fitting in the front shop!! Cakes are amazing - difficult to choose, price very reasonable, expected to pay much more!!! Beautiful.

A classic and iconic place for ice cream and/or coffee in Torino. My cappuccino was wonderful. And if you’re a fan of chocolate, get the Giandula. You’ll thank me.
