Manca una loro specialità sennò gli avrei dato 5 stelle.
 They have Gramola brioches and that's saying something .... The cappuccino is good and the service is nice and courteous.
One of their specialties is missing, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decisamente molto sconsigliato. Personale e titolare sgarbati, discriminatori, presuntuosi e ostili. Seduta ad un tavolino comunico alla ragazza l'ordinazione, ma vedo che di corsa lei va a chiamare il titolare. Arriva lui con l'aria arrogante e supponente di chi è convinto di essere tre rampe al di sopra di tutti e mi dice che non posso restare all'interno del locale. Poi se ne va per alcuni minuti e fa altre cose, ignorando completamente me e la mia ordinazione. Quando mi permetto di ricordargliela, si avvicina con fare minaccioso e il telefono in mano, dicendo che sta chiamando i Carabinieri. Sinceramente non mi era mai capitato prima di venire minacciata senza alcuna responsabilità, se non quella di aver ascoltato il consiglio di un conoscente che mi aveva indicato questo posto, qualche settimana fa. Ambienti del genere meritano la chiusura definitiva o quantomeno un cambio di gestione con del personale più consono al trattamento con la clientela.
Punteggio meno cento.
Sarebbe giusto si diffondesse la notizia di come si comportano con gli avventori. Assolutamente un'autentica vergogna!!! ?????
Definitely not recommended. Rude, discriminatory, presumptuous and hostile staff and owner. Sitting at a table I communicate the order to the girl, but I see that she rushes to call the owner. He arrives with the arrogant and opinionated air of someone who is convinced that he is three flights above everyone and tells me that I cannot stay inside the club. Then he goes away for a few minutes and does other things, completely ignoring me and my order. When I allow myself to remind him, he approaches threateningly and the phone in hand, saying that he is calling the Carabinieri. Honestly, I had never before been threatened without any responsibility, other than having listened to the advice of an acquaintance who had indicated this place to me a few weeks ago. Environments of this kind deserve definitive closure or at least a change of management with staff more suited to dealing with customers.
Score minus one hundred.
It would be right to get the news of how they behave with patrons. Absolutely a real shame !!! ?????
