Ci vuole educazione e rispetto per i dipendenti che sono loro che fanno un favore a te non tu a loro! Il proprirtario è un signore simpatico e i ragazzi che ci lavorano sono tutti carini e simpatici. I have been a lifelong customer, I buy from cigarettes to bus tickets, icy ice creams and especially in the morning they have the best chocolate torvaianica saccottini. The proprirtario is a nice gentleman and the guys who work there are all cute and funny.

I went 3 times in the three days I spent in Torvajanica, on all three occasions I found the staff extremely polite and always ready to give a smile, despite in this period of strong crisis for commercial activities ... you have no desire and force to do it !!!

Didn't accept my NHS covid certificate (because Didn't work on phone of young very rude guy) told him that Italy should accept UK vaccine certificate. One of the customer download new app to check end was green. Instead apologies I just get middle finger from him. All tourists avoid that place whenever you come to Torvaianica. Share that everywhere when you can on social media. Proper racist people if you can call them people. First time in my life I put comment like that.
