β β β β β chiamo alle 15,30 per avere una pizza per le 20,15 arrivo al negozio per tempo e aspetto ,si fanno le 20,42 e ancora la pizza non Γ¨ pronta , e vado via, capisco che magari hanno avuto un pΓ² di contrattempi ma essere presi in giro non Γ¨ bello almeno mi dicevano scusa . limoni esposti pure muffiti . Il 17/03/2021 acquisto dei dolcini e dentro come si puΓ² vedere dalle foto erano acide . Errare humanum est, perseverare autem diabolicum .
 I call at 3.30 pm to have a pizza for 8.15 pm I arrive at the shop on time and wait, it is 8.42 pm and the pizza is still not ready, and I go away, I understand that maybe they have had some setbacks but being teased is not nice at least they said sorry. lemons exposed as well moldy. On 17/03/2021 purchase of the sweets and inside as you can see from the photos they were acidic. Errare humanum est, persevere autem diabolicum.

β β β β β I visited the shop today on my holiday in Torvaianica. I wanted to buy some vegetables, and I put two different vegetables in one bag. This is obviously wrong, because they are weighed at the counter. That I did not know. The red haired (coloured) lady behind the counter, shook her head, and said something in italian, as I of course did not understand, but I understood that It wasn't positiv words coming out of her mouth.
Now I got to ask a question; Why do a
cashier like her work with people? Why does she work in a store, where you should now all about costumer service, spaciusness and a simple thing like smiling. I wonder if she has this unwelcome attitude to all the costumers, or is it just the tourists? If it's just the tourists, maybe someone should tell her, that she lives in a town in a country, that has a rather high income from tourism.
I want to believe, that she just had a bad day, rather that she has a bad life. Because with that negative attitude, no one would like to be around her.....
