★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchase a coffe with the add of cold soy milk. Usually this is an add where no one is asking fore extra fee (std rate for a coffe is from 1 to 1,10 Euro). The lady waiter asked me for 1,3 Euros !! and she didn't issue me the receipt as well. When I asked what was wrong with that over charged coffe she laugh at me
