A	Antonio rinelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ molto accogliente ....familiare......igene a go go.........e per quanto riguarda i corsi ce l imbarazzo della scelta perché non manca niente...........dai corsi per gestanti con ostetriche specializzate ai corsi dei bimbi da 3 mesi a 8 anni e poi...........tutti i corsi in acqua per adulti....acquaGym , G.a.g aquazumba acquastep e per finire corsi di riabilitazione per tutti..... inoltre hanno anche una sala attrezzata per fare tutti i corsi a corpo libero come pilates , posturalym , posturalton , Hatayoga , zumbafitness , il bello di questa struttura è che lavorano a numero chiuso di persone per dare il meglio dei loro servizi .... insomma se volete stare bene con il vostro corpo ora sapete dove andare ed in più ci sono i prezzi che sono alla portata di tutte le esigenze personali..... basta diventare soci e il gioco è fatto....perché vi sentirete veramente a casa vostra... very welcoming .... family ...... igene a go go ......... and as for the courses we are spoiled for choice because nothing is missing ......... ..from courses for pregnant women with specialized midwives to courses for children from 3 months to 8 years and then ........... all water courses for adults .... acquaGym, Gag aquazumba acquastep e per finish rehabilitation courses for everyone ..... they also have a room equipped to do all free-body courses like pilates, posturalym, posturalton, Hatayoga, zumbafitness, the beauty of this structure is that they work with a limited number of people for give the best of their services .... in short, if you want to feel good about your body, you now know where to go and there are also prices that are within the reach of all your personal needs ... just become a member and play it's done ... because you really feel at home ...

Spazi decisamente sacrificati, ma basta organizzarsi bene da casa, in modo da aver tutto a portata di mano nel borsone. The fantastic staff ... The welcoming atmosphere. Definitely sacrificed spaces, but all it takes is organizing well from home, so that you have everything at hand in your bag.

Apprezzo il pagamento con possibilità di frequenza libera. Insegnante di posturale eccezionale. I go to the gym twice a week with great pleasure despite being on the other side of the city. I appreciate the payment with the possibility of free attendance. Exceptional postural teacher.

Sarebbero utili un paio di fasciotoi in più e dei seggioloni dove poter mettere i bimbi più piccoli mentre si fa la doccia in modo che anche la mamma possa darsi una sciacquata veloce. Small but functional swimming pool, very good instructors who follow the water courses for babies. A couple of extra fasciotoi and high chairs would be useful where you can put the younger children while taking a shower so that even the mother can give herself a quick rinse.

Piscina pulita ed insegnanti di livello e preparati. Spazi non molto grandi ma comunque forniti di prime necessità. K	Karin Bartoletti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I corsi in piscina sono ben strutturati, su prenotazione, puoi chiamare anche il giorno stesso per prenotare la lezione. L'acqua è calda e anche se la piscina non è tanto grande le lezioni si riescono a fare bene. Do solo 3 stelle per la scomodità gli spogliatoi....sono puliti ma a mio avviso troppo piccoli, senza armadietti in cui depositare gli effetti personali e con pochi spazi dove appoggiare le borse (ovviamente senza armadietti tutte le panche sono occupate dalle borse lasciate dalle persone che svolgono i corsi), oltre al fatto (unica nota veramente dolente secondo me) che ogni volta devi stare attenta a non scivolare rischiando di accopparti perché il pavimento è sempre bagnato (con il rischio di prendersi la scossa durante l'eventuale asciugatura dei capelli perché a volte c'è proprio un dito d'acqua per terra) The courses in the pool are well structured, by reservation, you can also call the same day to book the lesson. I give only 3 stars for the discomfort the locker rooms .... they are clean but in my opinion too small, no lockers to store personal effects and with few spaces to put the bags (obviously without lockers all the benches are occupied by the bags left by the people who run the courses), in addition to the fact (the only really painful note in my opinion) that every time you have to be careful not to slip and risk coupling because the floor is always wet (with the risk of getting a shock when drying hair because sometimes there is just a finger of water on the ground)

Piscina ottima ed istruttori bravi e simpaticissimi ma logistica pazzesca e per chi ha bimbi molto piccoli addirittura pericolosa: spogliatoio maschile con solo 2 fasciatoi e senza cinture per assicurare i bimbi ed evitare che cadano o si pericolino. Nessun seggiolone presente per posizionarli mentre ci si veste e niente fon per asciugargli i capelli. Assurdo I take the initiation course in water with my one year old daughter. Excellent swimming pool and good and very nice instructors but crazy logistics and for those with very small children even dangerous: men's changing room with only 2 changing tables and without belts to secure the children and prevent them from falling or being dangerous. No high chair present to position them while getting dressed and no hairdryer to dry their hair. Absurd
