★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il proprietario di questo caf si è dimostrato una persona negligente poco professionale, lo conosco da 2 anni circa e 2 su 3 pratiche che ho fatto con lui, sono risultate sbagliate perché dimenticava di inserire un documento o sbagliava a inserirlo oppure non era aggiornato della procedura da seguire per certa pratica, facendomi perdere tempo.
Sicuramente da oggi non tornerò più perché il suo ultimo errore mi è costato 900 euro circa.
Non si è dimostrato interessato a rimedire il suo errore, e invece di chiedere almeno scusa, da la colpa ai clienti.
The owner of this café proved to be an unprofessional negligent person, I have known him for about 2 years and 2 out of 3 practices I have done with him, they turned out to be wrong because he forgot to insert a document or was wrong to insert it or was not up to date with the procedure to follow for some practice, making me waste time.
I will certainly never come back from today because his last mistake cost me about 900 euros.
He hasn't shown interest in fixing his mistake, and instead of at least apologizing, he blames the customers.
