d	donatella dell'anna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale sicuramente scortese. CAF e patronato pur essendo all’interno dello stesso ufficio, rispettano orari differenti. Non vanno ad appuntamento ed alle 12.30 il patronato chiude e non riceve ulteriori utenti anche se in attesa. Il rischio è di dover tornare. Modus operandi estremamente poco serio. È consigliabile rivolgersi altrove! Definitely rude staff. CAF and patronage despite being within the same office, respect different hours. They do not make an appointment and at 12.30 the patronage closes and does not receive further users even if they are waiting. The risk is to have to return. Servizio eccellente! La persona che mi ha seguito è stata a dir poco eccezionale, con risposte celeri ed eloquenti alle mie più svariate domande. Mi affiderò a loro anche quest'anno... E anziché facilitare le soluzioni, le complicano. È vicino casa ma e come se non ci fosse. Ho fatto ricorso alle prestazioni di questo caf 4 volte di troppo e ogni volta sono andata via senza ottenere risposte adeguate, per converso mi sono recata al caf di via Cavour dove gli operatori uniscono alla competenza, gentilezza e disponibilità It is an absolutely negative service. Se vai di persona e chiedi un appuntamento negli orari prefissati ti rispondono che "la collega è impegnata con un appuntamento. Deve telefonare". Non esiste quindi un servizio di segreteria e chi è addetto alla ricezione clienti è persona che con scortesia ti dà una sola e unica risposta, cioè quella di continuare a provare a telefonare e ti liquida. Incredibile. Servizio pessimo anzi inesistente. Aggiorno rispondendo al commento del CAF: ho precisato che sto riferendomi al patronato e non al CAF. Il patronato ha il suo ufficio in questa sede, i servizi del CAF li ho sempre trovati all'altezza e me ne servo regolarmente. If you need patronage, give up on going to this place.
