Dopo 10 giorni di vana attesa, vengo a sapere dalle poste che non aveva mai fatto nessuna pratica dalla mia domanda compilata nel suo ufficio per il RDC, ho dovuto andare io alle poste e fare ISEE e domanda da lì, in meno di 15 giorni mi è arrivata la card RDC. L'unico inconveniente è che quando vado da loro c'è troppa gente e bisogna prendere appuntamento. I had a great time. The manager explained to me everything about the census I had to do.
