L'unica cosa che si potrebbe migliorare è la gestione delle chiamate: come posso prendere appuntamento se nessuno risponde ai numeri? Comunque mi sono trovato molto bene.
Although I did not make an appointment (as rightly requested), I was received and helped by patient and helpful staff. The only thing that could be improved is the management of calls: how can I make an appointment if no one answers the numbers? However, I found myself very well.
