G	GoDz3_ 10 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servizio execrabile, per quanto riguarda il 730.Non sono informati, non sono professionali, non sono responsabili, non conoscono leggi non sono preparati per quanto riguarda questo capitolo. Ho dovuto fare io lavoro loro, anche se ho pagato la somma di 50 euro senza scontrino o fattura, ho dovuto informarmi personalmente al comune, a commercialista, e al ultimo mi sono dovuto indirizzare alla agenzia delle entrate per avere personalmente la conferma di quanto già sapevo (detrazione fiscale per la ristrutturazione del bagno). Dopo un mese dalla mia richiesta, sono andato a ritirare la mia pratica ed appena lì mi è stato detto che c'è un problema (inesistente). Deplorevole anche l'intervento del titolare (penso) perché troppo agitato e offensivo ai miei reclami per quanto riguarda la professionalità ed i tempi dicendomi che se mi sta bene così bene(cioè rinunciare ai miei diritti) se no di andare da un altra parte. Una vergogna!!!! An execrable service, as far as the 730 is concerned. I had to do them work, even if I paid the sum of 50 euros without a receipt or invoice, I had to inform myself in the municipality, as an accountant, and lastly I had to go to the revenue agency to personally confirm how much I knew (tax deduction for bathroom renovation). After a month from my request, I went to pick up my file and just there I was told that there is a (non-existent) problem. Regrettable is also the intervention of the owner (I think) because he is too agitated and offensive to my complaints regarding professionalism and timing by telling me that if it suits me so well (ie renouncing my rights) otherwise going somewhere else. A shame!!!!
G	Guendalina Chiesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Davvero scortesi e arroganti. Hanno sbagliato tutte e 2 le procedure richieste. Si prendono 10 euro per l’ISEE che non è mai arrivato per errori fatti nell’inserimento dei dati da loro stessi e quando sono tornata per chiedere spiegazioni mi hanno chiesto altri 10 euro per fare da capo la procedura, rispondendomi anche con arroganza. L’ISEE è gratuito per legge! Hanno anche sbagliato trascrizioni codice fiscale e iban. Terrible. Really rude and arrogant. All 2 required procedures were wrong. They take 10 euros for the ISEE which never arrived due to mistakes made in entering the data by themselves and when I returned to ask for explanations, they asked me for another 10 euros to start the procedure again, even replying with arrogance. The ISEE is free by law! They also have the wrong tax code and iban transcriptions.

Ricevono solo su appuntamento, se ti presenti anche per prendere appuntamento ti fanno aspettare fuori (come un cane); cancello chiuso a chiave, un operatore quando/se vuole ti apre e poi ti riapre il cancello per uscire (manco in banca!). Se si vuole pagare per essere trattati come SUDDITI che non hanno diritto di parola o peggio ancora di commenti, siete nel posto giusto. Sono stata aggredita per aver lasciato un commento per il pessimo trattamento ricevuto su FB. Da evitare. Very bad! Pay phone number. Così altri soldi! ah dimenticavo nemmeno la ricevuta di pagamento ti fanno! Bad service, they took 40 € to open a case and after 120 days they don't have the way to help you to finish it .... one of the solutions, lawyer! So more money! ah I forgot even the payment receipt they make you!
