They do not accept ATM payments for amounts of less than 20 euros, although the law provides for the obligation for merchants and professionals to accept payments by credit card or debit card starting from 5 euros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consulenza e assistenza zero! Ho fatto una pratica con loro (a pagamento), chiedendo la consulenza e mi hanno assicurato che era tutto apposto. Poi quando è stata respinta non si sono disturbati neanche a rispondere alle mail. Quando ho chiamato in ufficio mi hanno detto che loro semplicemente inserisco i dati, niente di più, togliendosi ogni responsabilità. L'importante è pagare! A questo punto meglio pago il commercialista 10/20€ in più che offre anche consulenza che andare di nuovo da loro!
Zero advice and assistance! I practiced with them (for a fee), asking for advice and they assured me that everything was fine. Then when it was rejected they didn't even bother to reply to emails. When I called the office they told me that they simply enter the data, nothing more, taking away all responsibility. The important thing is to pay! At this point I better pay the accountant 10/20 € more who also offers advice than to go to them again!
