Chiamo l'ufficio di Via San Bernardino per far presente alla responsabile scrivente, che reputo un comportamento poco delicato nei confronti chi sta vivendo una perdita; di tutto punto mi sento rispondere che non l'ha spedita lei e si scusa.
Fisicamente forse la lettera non sarà stata spedita dalla responsabile, ma il modus operandi di un gruppo lo indica il responsabile.
Grazie per le non gradite condoglianze da parte vostra.
