★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho avuto gravi difficoltà di relazione e comunicazione con questo CAF di cui mi sono avvalso per la redazione di alcuni modelli 730. Non lo consiglierei.
Unfortunately I had serious relationship and communication difficulties with this CAF which I used to write some 730 models. I would not recommend it.

Done 730 with them in 2018 I'm still waiting .. Incompetent (Milan office via Mantegazza), in fact it has closed its doors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un'esperienza terribile con una loro sede a Milano-Buccinasco e quando mi sono rivolto a loro per avere un documento sono stati gentili e tempestivi, Purtroppo poi l'associato mi ha sbagliato la dichiarazione per cui ho pagato more ed interessi. Mi sono rivolto alla sede di Ancona per chiedere il loro intervento presso l'associato per il rimborso che compete per legge al Caf compilatore Mai più nessuna risposta nonostante solleciit verbali e scritti
I had a terrible experience with one of their offices in Milan-Buccinasco and when I contacted them for a document they were kind and timely, Unfortunately then the associate made a mistake in the declaration for which I paid more and interest. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo nel 2015 ebbi la pessima idea di farmi fare il 730 da uno dei loro punti di raccolta documenti presso un supermercato (già questo avrebbe dovuto farmi dubitare della professionalità). Il Caf Nazionale Del Lavoro S.p.a. Ancona si appoggia a Caf locali e quello capitato a me (C.E.D. CONSULT S.A.S di Carignano) mi ha sbagliato per due anni di fila il modello 730, nonchè la dichiarazione integrativa al primo modello. Se possibile anche peggio è stato il servizio di assistenza. Non rispondono alle email e al telefono c'è da fare uno sforzo enorme per non gridargli contro. Inoltre non mi hanno rimborsato la sanzione comminata dall'Agenzia delle Entrate, inflittami per un errore commesso da loro. Alla fine ho dovuto citarli in giudizio. Da evitare assolutamente
Unfortunately in 2015 I had the bad idea of getting the 730 from one of their document collection points at a supermarket (this should already have made me doubt the professionalism). The Caf Nazionale Del Lavoro S.p.a. Ancona relies on local Cafs and the one that happened to me (C.E.D. CONSULT S.A.S of Carignano) got me wrong for two years in a row the 730 model, as well as the supplementary declaration to the first model. If possible even worse was the service. They don't respond to emails and on the phone it takes a huge effort not to yell at them. Furthermore, they did not reimburse me for the penalty imposed by the Revenue Agency, imposed on me for an error committed by them. Eventually I had to sue them. To be avoided absolutely
