Ottima la consulenza su appuntamento. Unable to contact the office by phone during opening hours. Despite having left a message on the answering machine, nobody calls back. Mi manca di sentire il tel occupato almeno riprovavo. peccato I called 3 times to make an appointment. 2 min wait to tell me that the operators are busy. Varie volte siamo dovuti tornare perché avevano sbagliato a fare le pratiche perdendo tempo e ore... E per fortuna che ce ne siamo accorti altrimenti non so che sarebbe successo... Per di più una pratica che per noi era urgente è rimasta ferma per più di due mesi senza alcun motivo valido, causandoci ritardi e seri problemi. E lo abbiamo scoperto noi non avendo riscontro e chiedendo spiegazioni, non c’avevano nemmeno avvisato! Tutti i servizi tra l’altro che avevamo pagato.... I am sorry to give only two stars because I have always had a great time, but unfortunately these last two years the service has been lacking ... Several times we have had to return because they had made a mistake in doing the practices wasting time and hours ... And luckily that we noticed it otherwise I don't know what would have happened ... E	Elisabetta Marchesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 13 volte ho provato a chiamare per un'urgenza dall'orario di apertura pomeridiana e neanche una volta hanno risposto, ho scelto l'opzione di essere richiamata e non l'hanno ancora fatto... però quando si tratta di documenti che servono a loro, quasi ti chiamano anche la notte! Non è assolutamente professionale un comportamento così 13 times I tried to call for an emergency from the afternoon opening hours and not once did they answer, I chose the option to be called back and they haven't done it yet ... but when it comes to documents that serve to they almost call you even at night! Behavior like this is absolutely unprofessional
