★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso appuntamento, segretaria molto gentile. Durante l'appuntamento, dopo circa 20 minuti ho avuto come l'impressione che mi stessero cacciando, chiarito nessuno dei dubbi che avevo, pagato però 30€ per un servizio praticamente inesistente. Se avete dubbi o domande, andate altrove.
 Appointed, very kind secretary. During the appointment, after about 20 minutes I had the impression that they were chasing me, clarified none of the doubts I had, but paid € 30 for a practically non-existent service. If you have any doubts or questions, go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per il secondo anno consecutivo ti danno appuntamento, ti ricordano orario con sms e mail e poi devi aspettare perché sono in ritardo.
For the second consecutive year they give you an appointment, they remind you of the time with text messages and emails and then you have to wait because I'm late.

mio italiano non è perfetto, le persone che lavorano lì non hanno la pazienza per niente. Specialmente la Signora Majlinda. Ho chiamato 2 giorni fà per un dubbio per un documento che sto facendo, e lei mi ha risposto propio male. Io veramente non consiglio che la gente può fidarsi di questo Caf perché non ti aiutano quando hai bisogno di informazioni. Io ho cambio di Caf, adesso mi trovo molto bene perché loro si mi hanno aiutato molto.
Non torno più.
It's a CaF to complain, I'm not kind at all, I'm a foreigner and too much
my Italian is not perfect, the people who work there don't have the patience for anything. Especially Mrs. Majlinda. I called 2 days ago for a doubt about a document I am doing, and she replied very badly. I really don't recommend that people can trust this Caf because they don't help you when you need information. I changed Caf, now I feel very comfortable because they helped me a lot.
I don't come back anymore.
