F	Filippo X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato online da loro di recente per la prima volta e sarebbe stato tutto davvero perfetto, se non fosse stato per il corriere GLS che ha trattato letteralmente come un pallone da calcio la pianta che avevo appena acquistato, consegnandomi il pacco in condizioni a dir poco terribili. Per fortuna, i ragazzi di Cactusmania avevano protetto con grande cura il tutto e i danni alla pianta subiti durante il trasporto alla fine sono stati ridotti proprio grazie al loro imballaggio. Ho segnalato subito telefonicamente comunque l'accaduto e spero che per gli acquisti futuri (che di certo farò, se ne presenterà l'occasione) la cosa davvero non si ripeta. Pianta comunque eccezionale come da foto e personale cortese e disponibile. Consiglio sicuramente questo vivaio. I bought online from them recently for the first time and everything would have been really perfect, had it not been for the GLS courier who literally treated the plant I had just bought like a soccer ball, delivering the package to me in conditions to say the least. terrible. Fortunately, the guys from Cactusmania had protected everything with great care and the damage to the plant suffered during transport was ultimately reduced thanks to their packaging. However, I immediately reported the incident by telephone and I hope that for future purchases (which I will certainly do, if the opportunity arises) this will not really happen again. However, the plant is exceptional, as shown in the photos, and courteous and helpful staff. I definitely recommend this nursery.

Upon our last visit, the staff was not very warm or attentive... but it might have been a bad day. If that place had a few cactus senseis eager to share their passion with their customers it would be heaven on earth!

We spoke zero Italian, but the staff was accommodating from the start. We hiked 40 minutes up the road and were about to head back when the owner offered us a ride back to the train station. Thank you Italy, and thank you Cactus Mania for being so welcoming! We'll be back!

Great plant choices, very interesting collection, and the prices are relatively good compared to other vendors of rare cacti that I was able to find on the internet. My order arrived via GLS very quickly, just after a couple of working days in perfect condition. The packaging was well done. The little gift in plus was also well appreciated! The customer service is also very nice, they answered me very quickly on WhatsApp and always with a very positive attitude. Overall it's been a great customer experience, I'm happy to discover them and hope to make a visit to the nursery as soon as I can so I can avoid the shipping costs. :)
