Ci hanno risposto immediatamente e ci hanno fornito tutti i dettagli di cui avevamo bisogno, consigliandoci il punto vendita di zona dove poter andare a visionare i prodotti. Servizio post vendita inesistente, il negoziante amico non sapeva come nascondere il loro menefreghismo e al contatto personale dopo mesi di mail rispondono al telefono che i loro prodotti hanno i due anni di garanzia (che su mobili per me fanno ridere anche ikea ti da di più e che eventuale copertura di ricambio mi costa quasi quanto l'intero letto... Dopo aver speso 6000€ per un guardaroba per un errore del venditore mi arriva un cuscino sbagliato ed hanno la faccia tosta di chiedere 190 € per la sostituzione. Dai canali social nessuna risposta. Avevo progettato anche il soggiorno ma a questo punto rinuncio. So good before the sale but in the post-sale they all disappear. After spending € 6,000 on a wardrobe due to a mistake by the seller, I get a wrong pillow and they have the nerve to ask for € 190 for a replacement. No response from the social channels. I had also planned the living room but at this point I give up.

Dopo 6 anni si sono usurati dei pezzi (pistoncino ammortizzatore e maniglia), causa porta molto grande (altezza del camerino quasi 3 mt) ma nonostante il peso, leggera da manovrare. Contattato l’azienda via email, ha dimostrato la professionalità interessandosi al problema e inviando i pezzi di ricambio a proprie spese nel giro di poche settimane. Consiglio vivamente i loro prodotti, sia per la bellezza, per la cura nel produrli e per l’assistenza post vendita che fanno della Caccaro un’eccellenza italiana. After 6 years some parts (shock absorber piston and handle) have worn, due to the very large door (height of the dressing room almost 3 meters) but despite the weight, light to maneuver. Da subito si sono dimostrati disponibilissimi a mettermi in contatto con un loro rivenditore di zona e a farmi sentire "coccolato". Rivenditore molto competente, e risultato finale, a mio parere molto bello. Consigliatissimi sia per i prodotti, sia per i professionisti a cui ti affidano.
