Soprattutto per i Probiotici ne avevo già provati molti anche a dosaggi elevati senza risultati soddisfacenti (avevo un problema di malassorbimento dovuto ad un periodo estremamente prolungato di forte stress). La spiegazione fornitami al telefono da Cacaopuro su come assumerli per facilitare la colonizzazione è stata illuminante. Oltre a farmi risparmiare un bel po' di soldi.
