Assistito, per modo di dire, da una collaboratrice che ha sbagliato 2 modelli Isee su 2 e che mi ha costretto a rinunciare alla compilazione del 730 per manifesta incapacità. Voleva farmi pagare tasse non previste. Ho gradito la telefonata di scuse della responsabile del servizio. Absolutely to be avoided. Appointment at 6 pm past after 8 pm. Assisted, so to speak, by a collaborator who made a mistake on 2 Isee models out of 2 and who forced me to give up the compilation of 730 due to manifest inability. He wanted to make me pay unplanned taxes. I appreciated the apology call from the service manager.

Richiesto prima volta isee con delega per una persona non residente a Torino e hanno mandato avanti la pratica.Isee ottenuto. Per la seconda persona non residente a Torino, mi hanno dato loro il modulo della delega da compilare, mi presento all'appuntamento e mi dicono che non mi avevano dato loro i moduli e che l'isee non si può richiedere per una persona non residente. ??????? Grazie per la Vostra risposta al mio feedback copiata e incollata. Servisse almeno per migliorare davvero i vostri servizi... For the second non-resident person in Turin, they gave me the proxy form to fill in, I go to the appointment and they tell me that they didn't give me the forms and that the ise cannot be requested for a non-resident person . ??????? In tutto questo tempo non ho mai ricevuto una notifica di errore sulla dichiarazione dei redditi dalla Agenzia delle Entrate. Il personale è veloce ed efficiente e se un utente presenta una caso particolare viene richiesta subito la consulenza ad un responsabile. Sono molto ben organizzati e cercano sempre di risolvere i problemi degli utenti nel rispetto delle norme. I have been using this Caf for many years, for the compilation of the 730. In all this time I have never received an error notification on the tax return from the Revenue Agency. The staff is fast and efficient and if a user presents a particular case, advice is immediately requested from a manager. They are very well organized and always try to solve users' problems in compliance with the rules.
