★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The coffee shop looks better than what they sell. I ordered cappucino to go, regular size. I got coffee in big cup, but it wasnt problem for me. The coffee was absolutely cold. I gave back and the waitress putted my coffee in paper cup into the microwawe? Really? I said if she could make a new one for me.. It wasnt nice experience.

We visited Ca’puccino for a mid-afternoon drunk & possibly something to eat. There are a large range of coffees & smoothies available, as well as a few teas. If you have members of your party who might want something other than coffee, then this probably isn’t the place for you. We also ordered ‘Cookies & Cream’ from the menu for €1.50 & received a single, small cookie (see picture). Although we didn’t purchase any other food, from what the menu suggested, it was extremely overpriced. The staff were very friendly & accommodating however; the shop was just too overpriced for our tastes.

They wrote outside pizza but when we asked them they said that they didn’t have it bc the ingredients didn’t arrive..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unfriendly staff. We were ignored for 45 minutes at our table and could not order. After having told to both waitresses that we wish to order and being ignored again and being told „I do not even know where you sit“ we went away. By the way, the WiFi does not work or at least they refuse to give away the password, even though they advertise to have free WiFi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away the worst service you will find . We sat in the table for more than 10 min. No body came and we went and order from the counter a chicken club and after 20 min. We asked for our sandwich they said they are out of bread so we lift . They seems confused and no one in charge

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was pretty good but the women bathroom was unusable and I locked myself and I couldn't go out in the man bathroom. There was no soap, the water was going really slow and I couldn't dry my hands cause the handdryer wasn't going. The light was flashing and the dirt in the bathroom was really disturbing me. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the food was good, not great. the bread to egg racio was too small. the service was terrible. the staff was rude, did not pay attention to our order. after ordering 4 of the same, they brought two. did not tell us that those were the only ones. we had to repeat multiple times and was a hassle to get someone to our table.
