Non vendono al dettaglio. Secondo il manuale HACCP ed il loro sistema Qualità considerano tutti gli aspetti:
scelta fornitori
controllo materie prime all'ingresso
controllo processi di produzione
analisi ph - titolazione dei cloruri - controllo attività dell'acqua - nel caso di prodotti pastorizzati rilevamento temperature e calcolo automatico delle funzioni
metal detector
controllo prodotto finito.

ph analysis - chloride titration - water activity control - in the case of pasteurized products, temperature detection and automatic calculation of functions

finished product inspection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per un preventivo spiegando di cosa fosse. Mi risponde una voce femminile dicendomi di mandare una mail e "nel caso fossimo interessati la contatteremo". Circa 800 vasetti da 180 gr.. Bene, mi sono rivolto altrove. Per un preventivo devo attendere? Ma anche no!!
Potete cercare di difendervi come volete la "zona" come dite, è piccola. Lavorate anche quantitativi inferiori ma, non è un problema. Lo chieda alla sig.ra che rispose al telefono. In quanto al feedback posso aggiornarlo a 0 stelle, non cambia nulla!!! Il problema non sussiste.....
I called for a quote explaining what it was about. A female voice answers me telling me to send an email and "if we are interested we will contact you". About 800 jars of 180 gr .. Well, I turned elsewhere. Do I have to wait for a quote? But even no !!
You can try to defend yourself as you like the "zone" as you say, it is small. You also work smaller quantities but, it is not a problem. Ask the lady who answered the phone. As for the feedback I can update it to 0 stars, nothing changes !!! The problem does not exist .....
