★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Аппартаменты очень удобные. Две спальни с собственными ванными комнатами отдельная кухня и мансардный этаж с двумя раскладными диванами. Идеальная чистота,очень тепло. Попали в период наводнения спасало то что можно за короткое время высушить все вещи. Хозяин за несколько дней прислал инструкцию по заселению. Очень удобно. До площади Сен Марка 10 минут неспешным шагом.
The apartments are very comfortable. Two bedrooms with private bathrooms, separate kitchen and attic with two folding sofas. Perfect cleanliness, very warm. We were saved during the flood period by the fact that you can dry all things in a short time. The owner sent instructions for check-in in a few days. Very comfortably. Saint Mark's Square is 10 minutes on foot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovato benissimo, pulizia massima, nessun tipo di disguido, l'appartamento è funzionale, economico per i prezzi di Venezia e a massimo 10 minuti a piedi da San Marco e Rialto. Con una camminata di 25 minuti si raggiunge piazzale Roma (capolinea dei bus verso gli aeroporti). Unica nota, non negativa ma di riguardo: è molto complicato da trovare! Consiglio di prendere come riferimento l'osteria Galileo e il campo Sant'Angelo, gli appartamenti si trovano nel Ramo Bao e nel calle del Caffetier (a fianco all'osteria sui 2 lati). Attenzione perché a Venezia è pieno di calle del Caffetier, ce ne sono nei vari sestieri.
I had a great time, maximum cleanliness, no kind of misunderstanding, the apartment is functional, cheap for the prices of Venice and a maximum of 10 minutes walk from San Marco and Rialto. With a 25-minute walk you can reach Piazzale Roma (bus terminus for the airports). The only note, not a negative one, but of respect: it is very complicated to find! I recommend taking the Galileo tavern and the Sant'Angelo field as a reference, the apartments are located in the Ramo Bao and in the calle del Caffetier (next to the tavern on both sides). Be careful because in Venice it is full of calle del Caffetier, there are some in the various districts.
