Credo che delle scuse nel momento in cui si interrompono delle persone che parlano, siano sempre necessarie, almeno rivolte ai clienti.
The lady with whom I spoke was extremely cordial and precise in the explanations, the only flaw an intrusive colleague who on several occasions disturbed us while we were talking.
I believe that an apology when people who talk are interrupted are always necessary, at least for customers.
