★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tecnicamente validi, ma non affidabili nelle pratiche amministrative, dopo aver promesso la pratica ENEA, non hanno mantenuto l'impegno.
Al telefono dicono sempre "non c'è problema la richiamiamo", ma poi non li risenti più e lasciano scadere i termini di 90 giorni, NON professionali….
Technically valid, but not reliable in administrative practices, after having promised the ENEA practice, they did not keep their commitment.
On the phone they always say "no problem, we'll call you back", but then you don't hear them anymore and they let the 90-day terms expire, NOT professional….

Porto un esempio per descrivere meglio: il giorno dell'installazione di 11 tende veneziane (ha piovuto tutto il giorno) alle 7,30 il sig. Roberto mi chiama dicendomi che il suo collega era ammalato e non poteva venire quindi sarebbe stato in difficoltà nel portare a termine il lavoro. Bene, è venuto da solo, ha fatto il lavoro dedicando anche del tempo personale. Il giorno seguente ha trovato una persona che lo ha aiutato nelle rifiniture portando a termine un lavoro ben fatto. Oltre alla premessa (professionalità, puntualità...) aggiungo "dedizione" cioè amare il proprio lavoro e dare soddisfazione al cliente. Grazie Roberto.
