★ ★ ★ ★ ★ P20 lite, portato nel negozio con scontrino, il telefono aveva ricevuto uno shock per l alimentatore bruciato, quindi non caricava più, andava la carica in loop ricominciando senza mai ricaricare la batteria,mi era stata negata la garanzia perchè ossidato,costo riparazione 380 euro, costo telefono 350 euro, nuovo , 5 mesi di vita, quindi sotto consiglio del venditore l ho portato a riparare a spese mie .. dopo due giorni mi chiama il tecnico dicendomi che il problema era solo la scheda di ricarica usb , costo riparazione 40 euro.. Il giorno dopo passo a ritirarlo ,come mi aveva detto il negozio, dicendo che il telefono è ossidato, aggiungendo che era completamente bagnato all interno qindi la scheda madre da cambiare , dicendo di averlo aperto.. Ho contattato un amico appassionato di riparazione tablet e telefonini, ha provato ad aprirlo , dicendomi che non era mai stato aperto in quanto aveva la colla e i sigilli di fabbrica (prima bugia) sotto suo consiglio mi ha detto di lasciarlo 2 giorni stotto carica , che quindi sarebbe andato a posto da solo, il miracoloooo... dopo 48 ore ha ripreso a caricare e tutt'ora funziona al primo attacco come nuovo, non contesto la professionalità ma almeno una diagnosi piu completa prima di parlare, una stella.

Ha cambiato il centro di carica del mio telefono che faceva falso contatto. 50 euro e 20 giorni (doveva arrivare il pezzo) manca una stella solo per l attesa siccome il servizio é molto buono Ma dopo due settimane non era ancora arrivato il pezzo. lunga attesa, visti anche i tempi delle spedizioni di oggi. Comunque li consiglio
