Dopo alcuni giorni ho aperto la confezione di una vaschetta per wc ed ho notato che un pezzo era difettoso. Ho subito inviato email con foto del pezzo incriminato ( venerdì circa ore 12) .
Martedì alle 10,30 il postino mi ha recapitato il pezzo nuovo. Bravi!
Professionalism, seriousness and great efficiency. I made a purchase of various products that arrived on time. After a few days I opened the packaging of a toilet bowl and I noticed that a piece was defective. I immediately sent an email with photos of the offending piece (Friday around 12 noon).
On Tuesday at 10.30 the postman delivered the new piece to me. Bravi!
