Bisogna capire che chi chiama ha bisogno di qualcosa che riguarda la salute, e non sto chiamando per perdere tempo o comprare cioccolata o caramelle.
The lady who answers the phone is highly rude, plus while I was talking she sticks the phone in my face. Professionalism, courtesy and education equal to zero. Understand that the caller needs something health related, and I'm not calling to waste time or buy chocolate or candy.
