Gentilezza meno di zero e disponibilità inesistente. Ho cambiato centro di assistenza ed ho trovato quello che cercavo. Non ci si comporta così con i clienti. Non lo consiglio Assistance on Kenwood accessory, very bad !! i was sent by kenwood customer service for a defect on the food processor and what to say they literally dumped the responsibility by telling me it was my fault for having misplaced a piece of plastic without even taking charge of my request. Kindness less than zero and non-existent availability. I changed the service center and found what I was looking for. This is not the case with customers. I don't recommend it

Secondo queste persone, i lavori di riparazione erano praticamente tutti fuori luogo per un totale di 300 euro!! Fatto sta che mi sono rivolto ad altri e mi hanno sistemato il problema per un cifra di 90 euro. Mi dispiace dirlo, ma siete dei ladri!!!! Non ritornerò mai più a prendere della roba da loro.sconsigliato Guarda vi siete risposti da soli,essendo un'altro pezzo quello portatovi non era stato usato, almeno usate motivi validi.poi voi avete omesso di dire che dato che il pezzo era stato già ordinato da voi,io non potevo renderlo, se per voi è normale.
