★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chi esaminerà il mio profilo noterà che difficilmente sono così cinico con le recensioni, ma in questo caso signori una stella è veramente una lode. Premettiamo subito che io, cliente giovane, mi aspetto già purtroppo una considerazione pari a zero, mettici poi che la mia richiesta era la riparazione di un cavo di un controller (quindi non una grande entrata in termini di soldi) hanno dato vita ad uno dei trattamenti più superficiali, menefreghisti e frustranti mai ricevuti in vita mia; e questa recensione la sto scrivendo alla luce della QUARTA dilazione della riparazione di UN CONTROLLER, quindi signori miei parliamo di 6 giorni (4 giorni lavorativi) p.s. Non vi azzardate mai, mai per carità di dio, a pensare solo di poter esprimere il minimo consiglio, o verrete veramente crocefissi. E occhi ai prezzi, perché c'è stata un'oscillazione per farmi capire quanto pagare che veramente denota una certa mancanza di serietà.
Mi rallegro di essere l'unica recensione negativa, ma probabilmente anche l'unica recensione giovane, che nuovamente deve far fronte a una lacuna deprimente di rispetto e puntualità.
 Anyone who looks at my profile will notice that I am hardly that cynical with reviews, but in this case gentlemen one star is truly a praise. Let's start with the fact that I, a young customer, unfortunately already expect a consideration equal to zero, then add that my request was the repair of a controller cable (so not a big income in terms of money) gave birth to one of the most superficial, uncaring and frustrating treatments ever received in my life; and I am writing this review in light of the FOURTH postponement of the repair of ONE CONTROLLER, so gentlemen, let's talk about 6 days (4 working days) p.s. Never dare, never for God's sake, to think only of being able to express the slightest advice, or you will be truly crucified. And look at the prices, because there was an oscillation to make me understand how much to pay which really denotes a certain lack of seriousness.
I am delighted to be the only negative reviewer, but probably also the only young reviewer, who again faces a depressing gap in respect and punctuality.

Il tecnico, bravo nel lavoro tecnico ma il carattere è molto alla "carlona", anche quando si tratta di dover spiegare qualcosa di più tecnico, dove magari la signora non può rispondere.
Well done, even if I don't know if they have raised the mandatory € 20 price for the consultation. The lady at the reception is polite and correct. The technician, good at technical work but the character is very "carlona", even when it comes to having to explain something more technical, where maybe the lady cannot answer.
