★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ora che ho la possibilità di fare una recensione su come lavora questa azienda.Premesso che ho acquistato da loro una casa nuova 10 anni fa,tutte le volte che entrò in bagno mi accorgo delle loro scarsa professionalità.Le piastrelle sono messe molto male, manca lo stucco ovunque Le finestre le ho dovute far regolare come la porta d’ingresso.Le porte sono tutte rovinate e ritoccate con vernice scura.Che dire se acquistate una casa fatta da loro controllate bene i lavori.E per concludere gli scarichi del lavandino non sono sotto il lavandino ma bensì a un metro di distanza.Evitate

Contattato Cmb mi ha detto che loro non ne rispondono, sconsiglio vivamente a chi è intenzionato ad acquistare case da loro.

E' LO SBAGLIO PIU' GROSSO CHE POTESSI FARE.
Abbiamo acquistato una villetta a schiera da 370.000 euro.
Ho continuamente dei problemi.
Andato a rogito il 30/09/2021 e ad oggi 02/11/2021 non possiamo abitarci.
Tra i vari problemi si sono crepati tutti i gradini interni della scala, ho 2 perdite che ci stanno recando notevoli danni, infissi che non si chiudono correttamente, finiture interne fatte in maniera superficiale.
Personale poco competente.
Affidatevi a costruttori seri e non a loro!!!
