★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fino a qualche anno fá mi sono sempre trovata bene in questo C. I. S. L., ma avendo cambiato personale adesso la situazione è molto peggiorata!!!! ATTENZIONE PERCHÈ MOLTO SPESSO SI DIMENTICANO DI COMUNICARE COSE IMPORTANTI!!!!!!!!
Until a few years ago I have always felt good in this C. I. S. L., but having changed staff now the situation is much worse !!!! ATTENTION BECAUSE VERY OFTEN THEY FORGET TO COMMUNICATE IMPORTANT THINGS !!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza! informazioni approssimative al telefono circa la pratica di successione che dovevo fare ed una volta arrivato all'appuntamento sono stato accolto in modo molto sgarbato e seccato dall'operatore che doveva svolgere la pratica. Andrò sicuramente a fare la pratica altrove anche se a questo punto mi domando perchè continuare a pagare una quota associativa.
Penso comunque che al giorno d'oggi un po' di cortesia e gentilezza non guasterebbero specie in luoghi in cui si ha a che fare con il pubblico e si erogano determinati servizi.
Bad experience! approximate information on the phone about the succession procedure that I had to do and once I arrived at the appointment I was greeted in a very rude and annoyed way by the operator who had to carry out the procedure. I will definitely go to practice somewhere else even if at this point I wonder why I continue to pay a membership fee.
However, I think that nowadays a little courtesy and kindness would not hurt especially in places where you have to deal with the public and provide certain services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In data 30/06/21 sono stata in questo ufficio per fare Isee, ennodo non pratica , e non avendo i documenti necessari, convinta che c'erano tutti, ma sfortunatamente con date diverse, non certo x colpa mia. La segretaria sì è rivolta a me con maleducazione, e con tono MOLTO ARROGANTE.
On 30/06/21 I was in this office to do Isee, ennodo not practical, and not having the necessary documents, convinced that they were all there, but unfortunately with different dates, certainly not my fault. The secretary turned to me with rudeness, and in a VERY ARROGANT tone.

Ottima accoglienza alla reception per quanto concerne informazioni assistenza, disponibilità e aggiungo pazienza. Consigliabile a tutti. Ovviamente mi riferisco alla Sig.ra Beatrice.
For years I have been fiscally followed by Mrs. Anna: precise, attentive, very professional and up-to-date. He leaves nothing out in regards to information and assistance.
