Il ragazzo che mi ha montato le due gomme anteriori non si è accorto che il cerchio era sporco e dopo 24 ore avevo la gomma a terra. Mi mandano un supporto per gonfiarla senza dirmi che era a pagamento. Ho perso due appuntamenti di lavoro per colpa loro e alla fine mi chiedono 30 euro per il supporto che mi ha gonfiato la gomma che invece dovevano pagare loro. Inoltre il ragazzo che ha cambiato le gomme non aveva né mascherina né guanti e continuava a fumare e ora mi tocca anche sanificare l'auto

Professionalism equal to zero.
The guy who mounted the two front tires did not notice that the rim was dirty and after 24 hours I had flat tires. They send me a support to inflate it without telling me it was paid. I missed two business appointments because of them and in the end they ask me for 30 euros for the support that inflated the tire they had to pay. In addition, the guy who changed the tires had no mask or gloves and continued to smoke and now I also have to sanitize the car
Never again.

Dopo un'attenta valutazione sono stato addirittura consigliato a NON eseguirla perché a suo parere (credo sia il titolare) sarebbe stata una operazione inutile dato che l'auto "fila dritta come un fuso". Perciò che dire, evviva l'onestà professionale ogni tanto. Grazie ed a presto.
I contacted the workshop to perform the convergence of my newly purchased (used) car. After a careful evaluation I was even advised NOT to perform it because in his opinion (I think he is the owner) it would have been a useless operation since the car "runs straight like a spindle". So what to say, cheers for professional honesty every now and then. Thanks and see you soon.
