★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da un primo contatto telefonico era sembrato diponibile e gentile. Prenotata l'auto per una giornata la mattina stessa dopo venti minuti di attesa chiamiamo per avere notizie e ci viene detto che l'auto aveva un guasto... sarebbe stato opportuno avvisarci ma sorvoliamo "sto controllando col meccanico se posso risolvere." Dice "Entro un ora vi richiamo e vi dico"... ebbene quella telefonata deve ancora arrivare ora... l'imprevisto può succedere ma non avvisare e tenere così in sospeso le persone dimostra professionalita e affidabilità zero... assolutamente sconsigliato, si potesse mettere meno di una stella lo farei!
