Personale educato e cordiale ed i prezzi sono onesti. Buon assortimento anche di dolci vari. Merita sicuramente la visita!!
Located near the seafront in the central area, the bakery offers a vast assortment of breads, pizzas, crushes made periodically during the day and always hot. Polite and friendly staff and the prices are fair. Also good assortment of various sweets. Definitely worth the visit !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Occhio ai prezzi. Scontrini con un unico importo e non sai mai quanto costa la roba . Spesso si spende di più perché x me conteggiano anche roba non nostra nello scontrino ,servendo più persone alla stessa cassa. Spendi sempre tantissimo. Caro assatanato
Pay attention to the prices. Receipts with a single amount and you never know how much the stuff costs. Often you spend more because for me they also count things that are not ours in the receipt, serving more people at the same cash desk. You always spend a lot. Dear assatanato

Pane sciocco e salato. Il filone di grano tipo 2 è assolutamente godibile, croccante e saporoso. Non si finisce mai di sgranocchiare la schiaccia sottilissima. Molto buone anche le lingue di focaccia "tutti frutti". A volte presenti ceci e fagioli lessi cotti al forno: morbidissimi!
Importata da Roma la pizza con mortazza "godibilissima".
Perhaps the best bakery in Follonica.
Silly and salty bread. Type 2 wheat loaf is absolutely enjoyable, crunchy and tasty. You never stop munching on the very thin mash. The "tutti frutti" focaccia tongues are also very good. Sometimes there are chickpeas and boiled beans cooked in the oven: very soft!
The "enjoyable" pizza with mortazza was imported from Rome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forno rifornitissimo …qualità prezzo ottimo perché la farina II ,curcuma ,cereali ,grani antichi sono il meglio che si può trovare e durerebbero anche più giorni se un boccone non tirasse l’altro !!Che dire dei vari tipi di schiacce,strisce , pizze ripiene …e i dolci !! Vabbhe provare per credere !!!
Fully stocked oven ... excellent price quality because flour II, turmeric, cereals, ancient grains are the best you can find and would last even more days if one bite did not lead to another !! What about the various types of crushes, strips, pizzas stuffed ... and desserts !! Oh well try to believe !!!
