★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In passato mi sono trovato discretamente bene come servizio e disponibilità del personale, nel periodo COVID a differenza di altre strutture simili, la prenotazione è molto più complessa e non condivido "la politica" di dover pagare "extra" per avere la possibilità di fare un semplice esame del sangue in tempi brevi (perchè l'alternativa sarebbe quella d'aspettare anche un mese) , ribadisco che altre strutture locali non adottano questo sistema ed hanno tempi accettabili (4-5 giorni senza spese extra) .
 In the past I found myself fairly well in terms of service and staff availability, in the COVID period, unlike other similar structures, the booking is much more complex and I do not agree with the "policy" of having to pay "extra" to be able to make a simple blood test in a short time (because the alternative would be to wait even a month), I repeat that other local structures do not adopt this system and have acceptable times (4-5 days without extra costs).

Medici molto cordiali e preparati , mi hanno spiegato in modo molto semplice la mia situazione.
Le impiegate sono gentilissime e sono sempre disponibili a risolvere qualsiasi problema.

Tutti sono molto gentili ma in una struttura dove ogni giorno transitano decine di persone diverse non è possibile che all'ingresso ci sia personale con mascherina sotto il naso per il tutto il tempo. All'ingresso hanno chiesto il mio stato di salute, non è stata misurata la temperatura. Maggior attenzione alla sicurezza e al rispetto dei protocolli di sicurezza è la cosa più importante che ci si possa aspettare da un centro medico. Entrare in luogo sicuro è fondamentale, soprattutto dove si fa prevenzione con analisi mediche. Buon lavoro.
Medical center organized for admission and examination. Everyone is very nice but in a structure where dozens of different people pass every day it is not possible that at the entrance there are personnel with masks under their noses all the time. At the entrance they asked about my state of health, the temperature was not measured. Greater attention to safety and compliance with safety protocols is the most important thing you can expect from a medical center. Entering a safe place is essential, especially where prevention is carried out with medical analyzes. Good job.
