Dopo Qualche ora, i tecnici mi chiamano, facendomi il preventivo telefonicamente (secondo me sbagliato), senza venire di persona a fare un sopralluogo. Capisco che è la settimana del ferragosto, ma lasciare le persone senza aria condizionata non è giusto. Mi fanno un prezzo vertiginoso per un intervento. ( Me lo vado a comprare nuovo il climatizzatore). Ci richiamo spiegandoci che potevamo trovare un accordo economico, il tecnico mi risponde che il prezzo era quello che aveva fatto, di conseguenza o pago quello che dice lui, o rimango al caldo.
I got the number from the beko service center regarding an air conditioner. After a few hours, the technicians call me, making the estimate by telephone (in my opinion wrong), without coming in person to do an inspection. I understand that it is the week of August, but leaving people without air conditioning is not right. They make me a dizzying price for an operation. (I'm going to buy a new air conditioner). We recall explaining that we could find an economic agreement, the technician replies to me that the price was what he had done, consequently I either pay what he says, or stay warm.
