Tempi brevi per le riparazioni e pagamenti con fattura. Fanno anche vendita su ordinazione da catalogo e vengono anche sul posto per effettuare gli interventi oppure a prelevare l'apparecchio da riparare. Consigliatissimi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dato una stella perché non è possibile darne zero. In data 5/02/2021 ho portato in assistenza presso questo centro un'idropulitrice Annovi Reverberi mod. Blue Clean 4.0. La macchina mi viene restituita dopo 2 settimane con lo stesso problema. Riporto il prodotto in assistenza e al momento della prova riscontrano nuovamente il problema anche loro. Passa ancora del tempo e in data 8/03/2021 chiamo per sapere se la macchina fosse pronta. Mi viene detto che la macchina è ancora in fase di collaudo dopo più di un mese. A questo punto ho fatto presente la mia volontà di ritirare la macchina per portarla in un altro centro, richiedendo anche la scheda tecnica di lavorazione del precedente intervento (che allego). Al momento del ritiro il titolare non si è nemmeno scusato per il ritardo nella lavorazione. Sconsiglio vivamente a tutti questo posto: non troverete né cortesia né competenza.
I gave a star because it is not possible to give zero. On 5/02/2021 I brought an Annovi Reverberi mod. Blue Clean 4.0. The car is returned to me after 2 weeks with the same problem. I bring the product back to service and at the time of the test they find the problem again too. Some time goes by and on 8/03/2021 I call to find out if the car was ready. I am told that the machine is still being tested after more than a month. At this point I indicated my desire to collect the machine to take it to another center, also requesting the technical processing sheet of the previous intervention (which I am attaching). At the time of collection, the owner did not even apologize for the delay in processing. I strongly advise against this place: you will not find courtesy or competence.
