Mi dicono che visto che non è un intervento in garanzia possono occuparsene. Fissano appuntamento. Il tecnico chiama, è lontano, fa tardi e rinvia al giorno dopo. Il giorno dopo arriva la chiamata del tecnico. Probabilmente fa tardi. Sposta al giorno dopo. Chiamo in negozio e mi lamento perché non lo reputo un atteggiamento professionale. Non sapevano che fosse stato spostato l'appuntamento (probabilmente tecnici e negozio non comunicano come dovrebbero). Mi dicono che avrebbero risolto loro. Mi chiama il tecnico a distanza di 30 min, chiedendomi l'indirizzo ed il problema che avevo alla lavastoviglie. Qui arriva la parte bella: "non abbiamo la possibilità di sostituire il pezzo perché non facciamo assistenza Miele"... Al che mi sento preso per i fondelli. Richiamo il negozio arrabbiatissimo. Colui che si presenta come responsabile chiede tempo, vuole sentirsi con il suo tecnico. Mi richiama ed è qui che tira fuori il coniglio dal cilindro: il tecnico verrà a vedere la lavastoviglie per poi capire come risolvere il problema..... No grazie. Non è questo il modo di trattare i clienti. Probabilmente non sono stati sufficienti i 30 anni di attività (così come il responsabile ci teneva a precisare) per organizzare il proprio lavoro in maniera performante ed ottimale. I call the shop and complain because I don't consider it a professional attitude. They did not know that the appointment had been postponed (probably technicians and shop do not communicate as they should). They tell me they would have solved them. The technician calls me after 30 minutes, asking me for the address and the problem I had with the dishwasher. Here comes the cool part: "we don't have the possibility to replace the part because we don't do Miele service" ... At which I feel taken for a ride. I recall the shop very angry. The one who presents himself as responsible asks for time, he wants to speak with his technician. He calls me back and it is here that he takes the rabbit out of the cylinder: the technician will come to see the dishwasher and then figure out how to solve the problem ..... No thanks. This is not the way to treat customers. Probably the 30 years of activity were not enough (as the manager was keen to point out) to organize his work in a performing and optimal way.

Non solo sono stati celeri nell'intervenire, ma sono rimasta molto colpita dalla precisione e dalla gentilezza del Sig. MASSIMILIANO che ho incontrato personalmente per la riparazione alla lavatrice di cui avevo bisogno. Non è frequente ricevere tecnici così preparati, amanti del proprio lavoro ed educati. Doveroso notare peraltro che sia il Sig. Massimiliano che il suo "assistente" si sono distinti per estrema osservanza delle normative anti-covid (mascherina ffp2, igienizzazione frequente delle mani, distanziamento). Un'esperienza ottima! Consiglio assolutamente di rivolgervi a loro e, se possibile, di richiedere l'intervento di Massimiliano. Professionalism and kindness distinguish the people who carry out this activity.
