★ ★ ★ ★ ★ direi proprio che non ci siamo. fatta fare pulizia di un asciugatrice dopo circa 5 anni di utilizzo, 150 euro e rotti. dopo 3 mesi stesso problema, portata a un altro centro assistenza che ha rieseguito il lavoro e fatto le foto di come si presentava l'interno dell'elettrodomestico, il primo intervento fatto da loro è stato fatto male e frettolosamente. doppia spesa per me, ma per loro cliente sicuramente perso.
consiglio inoltre un corso intensivo di cortesia verso il cliente alla signorina che risponde al telefono, ne ha bisogno.
I would say that we are not there. made to clean a dryer after about 5 years of use, 150 euros and broken. after 3 months of the same problem, taken to another service center that rerun the job and took photos of what the inside of the appliance looked like, the first intervention they did was hurt and hurriedly. double expense for me, but for their customer definitely lost.
I also recommend an intensive courtesy course to the customer to the young lady who answers the phone, needs it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Improvvisati,scortesi e zero professionalità. Sembra che un cliente che chiama sia un fastidio più che un opportunità. E se poi li richiami dopo settimane dalla prima richiesta, perchè nel frattempo ovviamente non ti ricontattano, sono pure infastiditi.
E se poi intervengono, quasi dopo averli supplicati, ti fanno pagare sull'unghia caro e salato, e dopo un mese sei daccapo con il problema, allora non è colpa loro. Certo, la colpa è di chi li ha chiamati, e che pure è stata così stolta da acquistarci gli elettrodomestici pagandoli il 40% in più rispetto al prezzo di mercato, illudendosi di avere un'assistenza decente... C'è MOLTO MOLTO di meglio in giro,credete a me.

And if they intervene, almost after begging them, they make you pay dear and salty on the nail, and after a month you are back with the problem, then it's not their fault. Of course, the fault lies with those who called them, and yet they were foolish enough to buy the appliances by paying them 40% more than the market price, deluding themselves that they have decent assistance ... There is a LOT of better around, believe me.

PS spesso per aggrapparvi sugli specchi dite che chi recensisce non è mai stato vostro cliente, ma non è detto che usi lo stesso nome su google

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente pessimi, non riparano l'elettrodomestico che hanno prelevato a casa mia e pretendono che ne acquisti uno nuovo al prezzo (troppo alto) che dicono loro. Oltretutto potendo scegliere tra tre modelli in croce. Sono senza asciugatrice da settembre 2021 ormai... Stare alla larga...
Really bad, they don't repair the appliance they took from my house and they expect me to buy a new one at the (too high) price they say. Moreover, being able to choose between three cross models. I have been without a dryer since September 2021 now ... Stay away ...
