★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto disorganizzati, troppo. Alla reception personale poco gentile. Inoltre non riuscivo a sentire quel che mi dicevano per l'eccessiva confusione. Tempi per i referti esagerati. Infermiere carine e gentili almeno.
 Very disorganized, too. Unfriendly staff at the reception. Also I couldn't hear what they were saying to me because of the excessive confusion. Times for exaggerated reports. Nice and kind nurses at least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai fatto un prelievo peggiore. Sono letteralmente trasparente, le vene mi si vedono da chilometri. Ciò non ha impedito alla persona che mi ha fatto il prelievo di infilare due volte l' ago nel braccio per poi rotearlo. Dopodichè mi ha preso in giro perchè stavo per svenire per il dolore, ha cambiato braccio e e mi ha fatto scoppiare un capillare. Ho un ematoma enorme in entrambe le braccia. Scortese, e incapace.
Prima volta li per necessità di tempo ma faccio le analisi del sangue due volte l' anno e non ho MAI avuto problemi simili in via newton. Le ragazze alla reception accettabili, anche se le provette e i referti erano posizionati in modo casuale, se avessi voluto avrei potuto avvicinarmi e portarne via che non se ne sarebbe accorto nessuno. Pessima esperienza.
Never made a worse withdrawal. I am literally transparent, my veins have been visible for miles. This did not prevent the person who took the blood from sticking the needle twice in the arm and then swirling it. After that he made fun of me because I was going to pass out from the pain, he changed his arm and made me burst a capillary. I have a huge hematoma in both arms. Rude, and clueless.
First time there due to need of time but I do blood tests twice a year and I have NEVER had similar problems in via newton. The girls at the reception were acceptable, even if the tubes and reports were randomly placed, if I wanted I could have approached and taken away that nobody would have noticed. Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza tampone da dimenticare.. l’operatrice ha usato il tampone come se fosse uno stura lavandini. Ho sentito il sapore del sangue nel naso e in gola. Le consiglio come hobby nel tempo libero la falegnameria. Da bricoman vendono dei trapani che lei saprebbe usare benissimo
Pad experience to forget .. the operator used the pad as if it were a sink plunger. I tasted the blood in my nose and throat. I recommend carpentry as a hobby in your free time. As a bricoman they sell drills that she would know how to use very well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto disponibile ed efficiente. Ben organizzati per la consegna dei referti per tamponi molecolari e disponibilità di averlo anche in lingua inglese.
Medici addetti ai prelievi del sangue e al tampone gentilissimi e attenti a mettere a proprio agio il paziente.
Consiglierei soltanto di organizzare le persone in attesa in due file: una per chi deve prenotare o ritirare referti e una per chi deve effettuare analisi o test. Per il resto esperienza positiva, consigliato !
Very helpful and efficient staff. Well organized for the delivery of reports for molecular swabs and availability to have it also in English.
Doctors in charge of blood sampling and swab very kind and careful to put the patient at ease.
I would only recommend organizing people waiting in two lines: one for those who have to book or collect reports and one for those who have to carry out analyzes or tests. For the rest positive experience, recommended!

Vi consiglio di migliorare il servizio .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente sconsigliato! chiamo da casa per prenotare un tampone e mi dicono che non c'è bisogno di prenotazione, basta recarsi lì. Dovendo fare il tampone post quarantena ho dovuto fare quello drive. Arrivo lì alle 10 di lunedì e parcheggio dietro altre macchine. Dopo 1 ora le altre macchina vanno via e ne arrivano altre che passano davanti a noi. Io, nel pieno della gentilezza chiedo perché altre macchine siano passate davanti e l'infermiere risponde "hanno la prenotazione" io gli chiedo "ma avevate detto che non ci sono prenotazioni" e lei "senta, ci sono prenotazioni e prenotazioni. Adesso arriviamo da lei." Attendo in macchina, passa un'altra ora e alle 11:20 ci danno i moduli da compilare, li consegno. Attendiamo. Passano altre persone davanti a noi. Poi arriva l'infermiere "hanno gia ritirato i vostri moduli?". Scrivo questa recensione perche sono le 11:50 e sto ancora aspettando il tampone da 2 ore.
Absolutely not recommended! I call from home to book a tampon and they tell me that there is no need for a reservation, just go there. Having to do the post quarantine swab I had to do that drive. I arrive there at 10 on Monday and park behind other cars. After 1 hour the other cars leave and others arrive passing in front of us. I, in the fullest of politeness, ask why other cars have passed by and the nurse replies "they have a reservation" I ask "but you said there are no reservations" and she "listen, there are reservations and reservations. Now we arrive from she." I wait in the car, another hour passes and at 11:20 they give us the forms to fill out, I deliver them. Let's wait. Other people pass in front of us. Then comes the nurse "have they collected your forms yet?". I am writing this review because it is 11:50 am and I am still waiting for the tampon for 2 hours.
