Io che sono sempre molto in ansia quando eseguo il prelievo del sangue , ho trovato un infermiere giovane ma veramente molto bravo, non ho sentito nulla e mi è anche venuto incontro alla richiesta di stringere poco il laccio perchè mi provoca giramento di testa e infatti per la prima volta non ho avuto al alcun fastidio a fare l'esame! Consigliato Friendly and courteous reception staff. Ho trovato spesso la stessa persona, una ragazza giovanissima, professionale, velocissima che gestisce tutto in modo impeccabile. Quello che ci si aspetta in un privato è proprio questo che il personale sia attento, cordiale e sorridente ma sopratutto rapido. Mi dispiace per le altre colleghe ma non ha eguali. Tempi lunghi per il tampone molecolare che richiede più di 24 ore, critico per chi viaggia. Non spaventatevi di eventuali file (anche al mattino presto) perchè sono rapidissime nell'effettuare sia i prelievi che i tamponi. Consigliatissimo! Kindness and competence, really very good. Al mattino può esserci un po’ di coda ma non ho mai dovuto aspettare più di 10 minuti. Referti pronti nel pomeriggio dello stesso giorno. Ormai è il mio laboratorio di fiducia! Test lab highly recommended, front desk staff are friendly and helpful, and nurses are friendly and very efficient (I've never had bruises or other problems after blood samples). In the morning there can be a bit of a queue but I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes. Reports ready in the afternoon of the same day. It is now my trusted laboratory!
