Pessima esperienza per la compilazione del modulo ISEE: hanno sbagliato a copiare diversi dati, abbiamo dovuto ricompilare il modulo e mandare un secondo ISEE di correzione Fast and discreetly organized, but there are better offices. Il problema infatti non sta nella loro competenza ed efficienza, quanto più nel fatto che tentano di accontentare tutti; ne é la prova il fatto che ogni tanto continuino a lavorare perfino nelle loro ore di pausa pur di soddisfare le dozzine di persone che si presentano alla loro soglia ogni giorno. Gran parte di questa disorganizzazione dipende dal fatto che accettano anche persone senza prenotazione, cercando di inserirli tra un cliente e l'altro, finendo però così per far scalare gli appuntamenti successivi. Inoltre i dipendenti non hanno mai un attimo di respiro in quanto nessuno di loro svolge un'unica mansione ma si barcamenano tra le chiamate, la burocrazia, l'accoglienza dei prenotati, e così via, con la conseguenza che alcune di queste attività saranno però svolte in modo approssimativo. Per fare un esempio: l'ultima volta che ho chiamato per chiedere un chiarimento di due minuti riguardo al mio ISEE, mi hanno tenuto 21 minuti in attesa al telefono perché erano troppo occupati a servire le persone presenti. Di questo perciò non rimprovero loro, ma il grande carico di lavoro che si ritrovano ad affrontare e la difficoltà nel gestirlo. The people who work in this CAF are good people but not very organized. In fact, the problem is not in their competence and efficiency, but more in the fact that they try to please everyone; Proof of this is the fact that from time to time they continue to work even during their break hours in order to satisfy the dozens of people who show up on their doorstep every day. Much of this disorganization depends on the fact that they also accept people without reservations, trying to insert them between one customer and another, but thus ending up making subsequent appointments climb. Furthermore, the employees never have a breather as none of them performs a single task but they navigate the calls, the bureaucracy, the reception of the booked, and so on, with the consequence that some of these activities will be carried out roughly. To give an example: the last time I called to ask for a two minute clarification regarding my ISEE, they kept me waiting 21 minutes on the phone because they were too busy serving the people present. Therefore, I do not reproach them for this, but the great workload they find themselves facing and the difficulty in managing it.

Vado da loro da anni, il 730 è sempre stato fatto in modo preciso e più che puntuale, eventuali discrepanze sono sempre state verificate e corrette nel modo giusto. Anche per ISEE sono sempre stati precisi e veloci senza aver mai dovuto fare correzioni. LI CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE Very professional and knowledgeable about everything. They did my practice quickly and perfectly. I've been going to them for years, the 730 has always been done precisely and more than punctually, any discrepancies have always been checked and corrected in the right way. E la 'segretaria' che sembrava tanto gentile al concretizzarsi dei problemi mi sbatteva pure il telefono in faccia! Veramente scandaloso!! I have done 3 practices and x all three have everything wrong. With biblical times. And the 'secretary' who seemed so kind when problems materialized even slammed the phone in my face!
